By booking directly with us (by sending us an email or by phone), we guarantee you the best rates,
taking into account the possible promotions granted on the sites of
booking of accommodations such as Booking.com or Airbnb for example.

Our self-catering accommodations are open the whole year.

The prices are all inclusive : everything is included in the tariffs (there is no extra charge for car park, wifi, tv, barbecue, high chair or cot...). Included are sheets, bath towels and house linen (except swimming towels), water, heating, electricity...

(up to 6 persons : 4 adults /2 children or 5 adults / 1 child)

PETS accepted on request : + 10 euros / animal / stay
WiFi connection : free acces :-)

Reservation & Deposit : 30% to secure booking. Remainder on arrival.
Arrival day : after 4 pm Departure day : before 11 am (except special agreement)

Cleaning end of stay : except dishes which must be done, dry and tidy up ; except the rubbish which must be put in the garbage container outside on the road ; except the furniture and material inside and outside which must be put back in place (sunloungers, chairs, tables, bbq, sofa, etc...)
